Three women sitting on a park bench near a lake, laughing and enjoying the sunny day with trees in the background. Two women are in the foreground, one pregnant, and a stroller is visible to the right.

Peri’s expert-led workshops go beyond birth basics to support every part of becoming a parent: your mental health, identity, relationships, and recovery. Meeting with Atlanta’s top perinatal specialists face-to-face means you can ask real questions, get evidence-based answers, and know exactly who to call when you need support.

Postpartum can be isolating—but it doesn’t have to be. Each group is designed to foster true connection and transition seamlessly into a New Parent Play Circle. So when your baby arrives, you’ll have a weekly parent play date where spit-up-covered sweats and sleep deprivation are always welcome.

Becoming a parent is a whole-person transformation.

Beyond Birth

After the series, your group becomes a new parent play circle—continuing the connection and support through your first year of parenthood.

Peri Play Circles are small, local, age-based groups where new parents can laugh about blow-outs, swap sleep tips, and celebrate even the tiniest victories.

Each Circle is designed to make real friendships easy, support accessible, and daily life feel just a little lighter.

Think: weekly meetups in cozy spaces, spontaneous Beltline strolls, park picnics, and text threads where your 3 a.m. “is this normal?” question always gets an answer.

  • Peri welcomes all parents, including LGBTQ+ parents, adoptive parents, solo parents, and more!

If you’re a parent-to-be by any definition and you’re looking for good info & good people, you’re welcome here!

Note that this group is geared toward people who are currently pregnant, so there will be course content that won’t apply if you aren’t physically carrying a baby.

  • All stages of pregnancy are welcome, but in order to get the full experience, register for a course that ends before your due date.

If you’re due after November 15, 2025, our current course is perfect for you!

  • Nope! If you’re just interested in one or the other, reach out! We’ll figure out the right fit for you.

    hello@with-peri.com

  • Please bring your spouse/partner/significant other to our session on relationships & partner dynamics!

The rest of the series is really more for the pregnant person.

If you’d like to chat about this, shoot us an email!

  • We really wish we could offer childcare for older siblings. Unfortunately, we’re not there yet.

The prenatal course is adults only, but you’re welcome to bring older kids to your postpartum play circle.

  • We’d love, love, love for you to make it to group consistently—in our experience, that’s the best way to build group connection. But, as we too are human, we get that life happens.

There is no make-up session, but we share session notes and resources so you won’t miss any info.

  • Once you register, we’ll send you a welcome packet with the full schedule, expert bios, and preparatory resources. We’ll also add you to the group chat!

  • Great! A lot of our parents are second or third-timers! The support and information we offer are valuable even with prior experience. Plus, your knowledge is a huge benefit to the rest of the group.

  • We cap group membership at 10 people. We find that more intimate groups help foster meaningful connection.

  • You bet we are!

We’re just getting started, and your input helps shape what Peri becomes. If you have a dream for a different kind of group or see a need that’s not being met, email us anytimehello@with-peri.com

  • We love wallflowers. We love people who feel shy and awkward in a group of strangers. And if you feel stressed in social settings? Well, you’re in good company!

We know making friends as an adult is hard. That’s why we built Peri!

    So here’s the deal:

    1. Social connection and support is one of the most essential tools in your parenting toolkit. You need it. You deserve it.

    2. Your Peri facilitators are trained in group dynamics and community-building. The course is designed to take you from strangers to friends.

    3. We cap the group at 10 members, to keep things casual and close-knit.

    4. We’re in this together. Promise.
